About EliteX
About me
I’m a young aspiring professional playing with Hemel Hempstead Town fc in the national league, which I made my debut at 17 vs Barnet and signed my first contract at 16. I have played for teams such as MK dons, Exeter, Aldershot and Crystal Palace. I spend a lot of time on the field and in the gym. I’ve created these programs to enhance player’s performance, many young players don’t have an understanding on how to improve their game in the gym that’s why I’m here to help. Passing on my experience I have gained through the academy and first team experiences. EliteX is going to create the best version of yourself so you can achieve and smash your goals!
